Set-up of brand implementation techniques and related training modules, complemented by operational support for the world’s first property of the Armani Hotels & Resorts brand. Planning and delivery of 200+ hours of interactive training sessions aiming at turning the 650 employees of the hotel into Armani Hotels & Resorts Brand Ambassadors. Organization and delivery of offsite team building sessions for the hotel's Executive Committee and their direct reports. On-the-job coaching for the departmental leaders of the hotel Front and back of the house operational support for the opening phase of the hotel.
